EU4Youth Awards

We are honoured to announce the EU4Youth Award winners – 5 projects and 15 individual graduates of the EU4Youth programme, who stepped out of their comfort zones and built new lives for themselves and others.

Excellence in Advocacy and Policy Dialogue 

awarded to the "EU4Youth: Better skills for a better future" project, implemented by Save the Children-led consortium

Excellence in Youth Mentorship 

awarded to the "EU4Youth: Employability and Stability" project, implemented by SOS-Children's Villages-led consortium

Excellence in Social Inclusion

awarded to the "EU4Youth: Enhancing Youth Education, Employment and Participation" project, implemented by Danish Refugee Council-led consortium

Excellence in Rural Outreach

awarded to the "EU4Youth: Fostering potential for greater employability" project, implemented by the Danish Red Cross-led consortium

Excellence in Support of Youth-led Initiatives

awarded to the "EU4YouthSAY YES - Skills for jobs" project, implemented by the World Vision-led consortium

EU4Youth Awards: Programme graduates

The EU4Youth Award winners were selected among the beneficiaries of the five EU-funded EU4Youth projects, which have been supporting youth in Armenia, Belarus, Georgia and Ukraine during 2018-2020. These are 15 outstanding young people who have been selected to receive the EU4Youth Awards, out of a total of 18,000 beneficiaries since the EU4Youth programme was launched in 2018.

EU4Youth Social Impact prize

Following a combination of public and jury voting, the EU4Youth Social Impact prize was awarded to the following five winners:

The special awards will be provided by EY, which implements EU4Youth Coordination and Support project. As part of the prize, these outstanding EU4Youth programme graduates will be enrolled in the EY SkillUp Your Future programme, offering tailor-made individual counselling until December 2021 to further grow their skills.

The EU4Youth programme’s purpose is aligned with EY’s commitment to support the next generation workforce and to positively impact the lives of one billion people by 2030. Through EY Ripples , EY people use their skills to help young people and underserved groups to succeed by conveying knowledge related to entrepreneurship, adaptability,  financial literacy and other 21st-century skills.
